Mangochi, Malawi — A tense security incident happened in the early hours of May 16, 2025, at the Masuku Sisters’ Convent in Mangochi, where a group of seven armed men launched an invasion, prompting swift action from the surrounding community.

The attack, which occurred at approximately 2:00 AM, saw the robbers infiltrate the convent, reportedly seeking valuables.
