Namiasi, Mangochi — Priests of the Diocese of Mangochi have concluded their annual retreat at Montfort Lake House, a spiritual break that took place from December 7–11, 2025. Led by Fr. Steven Likhutcha of the Diocese of Zomba, the retreat focused on the theme “Safeguarding the Sanctity of Priesthood as Pilgrims of Hope.”
The days were dedicated to prayer, silence, and reflection on the priestly mission. Fr. Likhutcha encouraged the clergy to deepen their commitment to holiness and service, drawing from Pastores Dabo Vobis and inviting priests to remain “men of the Eucharist, prayer, and pastoral charity.”
